Teachers

Sisters Sarah and Johanna are your hosts for the weekend - they will take you for yoga classes and cook your meals!
They are both passionate about yoga and it's ability to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Yamba is a very special place to Sarah and Jo and these yoga weekends are a wonderful way to welcome guests to Yamba and into their family's beloved beach house to share their love of yoga.

Sarah Campbell completed her Hatha Yoga teacher certificate in 2008 through Prana Space in Rose Bay, Sydney. She has been teaching yoga classes, holding retreats and giving odd cooking class in Yamba since then.  She also completed a prenatal yoga course through Byron Yoga Centre,  studied Thai massage with Ananda Apfelbaum from Sacred Bodywork in New York City and Vedic Meditation with Tim Brown in Sydney.

A mixture of Jo and Sarah make these weekends extra special. They are a wealth of knowledge and offer all levels of yoga. The adjustments/massages just top it off. It is a beautiful weekend to stop and breath and remember what is important in life. I am always humbled by how I feel about life and am left with valuable tools in dealing with life situations. Not to mention the food is absolutely delicious. The variety and food combinations are amazing.
