Friday 17th March – Sunday 19th March 2017

During this yoga weekend, we will indulge in two hour long classes. This allows us plenty of time for a well balanced yoga practice. After 90 minutes of moving the body and breath, we will have a blissful 30 minutes for meditation. Over the weekend you will learn the benefits, tools and techniques to begin or continue your meditation practice.

The weekend includes four (two hour long) yoga classes, a take home dinner, a shared breakfast and whole food feast at The Cottage. You will also take home a little gift bundle including a linseed and silk eye pillow, a copper tongue scraper, incense and some 'feed the yogi' granola.
